BAU 2023 Fair

We were at the BAU 2023 Fair.

The world’s leading architecture and building materials fair, BAU 2023, took place in Munich from April 17 to 22. At the fair, the world’s leading companies came together to showcase innovations and trends in the construction industry. In addition, numerous products and services exhibited by more than 2,200 participants from 49 countries were on display, alongside forums, special events, conferences, and award ceremonies covering topics such as sustainability, climate change, and digital transformation. The congress also included a construction forum for international architects and a start-up area for young companies. BAU is recognized worldwide as a key event for architects, urban planners, and craftsmen to gain a comprehensive view of the latest products, developments, and trends. The event is also known for providing opportunities to international young companies offering solutions and products for the construction of tomorrow.

At Unigen, we always closely follow innovations and events worldwide. Therefore, in line with the theme of BAU 2023, we participated with our ONTO Raised Flooring Systems, which are produced according to sustainability principles and eco-friendly design criteria. Since the fair was last held in 2019 due to the global pandemic, this year it attracted significant attention and excitement. With a colorful audience from different sectors, age groups, and countries, we experienced an active and enjoyable process and had the opportunity to introduce our company and products.

ONTO Raised Flooring Systems

ONTO raised flooring systems provide flexibility in office layouts by concealing cabling, heating, cooling, and ventilation installations under the floor. At our production facilities in Düzce, we manufacture panel varieties with chipboard and calcium sulfate cores and various substructure systems under our Onto and Preto brands.

In the ONTO raised flooring substructure systems, depending on load capacity and height, there are alternative solutions with banded, bandless, and seismic systems.

By participating in this fair, Unigen increased our brand’s global recognition and strengthened connections with industry leaders. Thanks to the enjoyable and educational time spent at the fair, we had the opportunity to closely follow developments in the sector.
