Founded in 2021 in Düzce, Unigen Düzce Athletic Sports Club has teams in a variety of sports, including women’s basketball, men’s basketball, women’s volleyball, men’s volleyball, karate, and chess. In the 100th year of our Republic, especially our women athletes honor everyone with their achievements, inspiring future generations with courage and motivation, and serving as important role models for our youth.

Countless successful women athletes who have represented our country at the highest level bring pride to all of us. These include the Turkish Women’s National Volleyball Team, the Turkish Women’s National Basketball Team, world record-holder and national freediving athlete Şahika Ercümen, national boxers Hatice Akbaş, Şennur Demir, Busenaz Sürmeneli, and Buse Naz Çakıroğlu, national swimmer Sümeyye Boyacı, national athlete Tuğba Danışmaz, national wrestler Yasemin Adar, national fencer İrem Karamete, and national tennis player Çağla Büyükakçay, among many others. The club participates in youth tournaments across all age categories and achieves successful results, providing training and activities for members as young as those born in 2019. The young athletes, who work with great discipline, also achieved second place in the Turkish High Schools Basketball Championship.
