Personal data means information that identifies you or makes your identity identifiable.

Your personal data, which may be processed by our Company, is processed for the following purposes.

Conducting Training Activities

Obtaining the information of our trainers to be evidence in the trainings that we receive externally

Certification of trainings as a result of external trainings

Providing trainings on occupational health and safety to supplier employees

Within the scope of Execution of Procurement of Goods / Services, within the scope of Execution of Contract Processes and Execution of Communication Activities

Forwarding purchase orders to the supplier employee or officer

Making regular agreements with our suppliers

Communication between suppliers, business partners, external service providers

Obtaining offers for the supply of goods and services

Procurement of goods and services within the scope of agreements

Obtaining the necessary information to draft agreements

  1. To Whom and for What Purposes the Processed Personal Data Shall be Transferred

Your Personal Data can be transferred without the consent of the person concerned, if one of the conditions specified in paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the PPDL numbered 6698 are fulfilled, provided that adequate measures and the ones stated under paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the PPDL numbered 6698 are taken. Provisions in other laws regarding the transfer of Personal Data are preserved.

For the purposes stated above, your personal data can be transferred;

to authorized public institutions and organizations such as the Information Technologies and Communications Authority, Security Directorate, Local Government, Ministry of Transport, judicial authorities, administrative authorities,

to occupational health and safety companies, hospitals and health institutions in order to fulfill emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety obligations,

to audit firms and information security firms in order to carry out the necessary quality, confidentiality and standard audits,

to cargo companies in order to deliver when necessary,

to the person permitted by the provisions of the legislation or to the institutions and organizations with which you have consented, depending on the type of personal data and limited to the purpose, within the legal framework.

  1. Processed Personal Data, Method and Legal Ground of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through our Company's Headquarters Location, Business units, HİDRO-MAK website, social media accounts, Accounting Program database, PACS (Personnel Attendance Control System), Camera Records, parties from which our Company receives services that are complementary or extensions of its activities, contracted organizations, business partners, suppliers and other similar channels, automatically or non-automatically, in writing, verbally or electronically.

Within the scope of being expressly provided for by the laws stated in Article 5/2 (a) of the Law numbered 6698,

Name, surname and internet access of supplier employees and supplier officials, who connect to the internet by using our Company's internet network, are processed with automatic programs.

Within the scope of being mandatory for the Data Controller to fulfill its legal obligation under Article 5/2 (ç) of the Law numbered 6698,

Names Surnames, Telephone numbers, bank information of the sole trader's officials, e-mail addresses of the supplier employees and supplier officials are processed with the accounting programs and current account introduction forms that we use, in order to reach an agreement with our supplier companies and to realize the payments.

Within the scope of the obligation of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned as per Article 5/2 (f) of the Law numbered 6698,

name, surname, phone number, e-mail information and CV information of supplier employees/officials who will continue training and audit activities in our corporation are processed. Furthermore, the names, surnames and signatures of the trainers are processed with the Training Participation Form and Training Assessment Forms.

Within the scope of Execution of Goods/Services Procurement Processes, the name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address of supplier employees/officials are processed with purchase request forms.

 

Name, Surname, Address, Telephone Number of employees of our carrying suppliers that we work with to deliver products to our customers

are processed.

Image recordings of supplier employees and supplier officials obtained with the cameras in the administrative building and factory are processed automatically.

Within the scope of being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the agreement, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of an agreement as per Article 5/2 (c) of the Law numbered 6698,

Name, Surname, T.R. Identity Number, Signature of the supplier official stated in the agreement,

the identity information on the circular of signatures of the supplier personnel authorized to sign the agreement (Name, Surname, Address, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Identity Card information) are processed.

By applying to our Company, you as a data owner have right;

  • To learn as to whether your personal data is processed or not,
  • To request information regarding your personal data if this was processed,
  • To acquire information on the purpose of processing your personal data and as to whether this was properly used for its intended purpose,
  • To acquire information on third persons to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • To request correction of your personal data in case this was processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request notifications to be made to third persons to whom your personal data was transferred with regard to the transaction carried out under this content,
  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data despite it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law numbered 6698 and other laws, in case the reasons necessitating its processing cease to exist and to request notifications to be made to third persons to whom your personal data was transferred with regard to the transaction carried out under this content,

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Protection of Personal Data Board may be charged.

As a principle, the collected personal data of yours is not shared with any third party or institution. However, we may share your personal data with the public institutions and entities that request it, in order for us to fulfil the requests that we receive from legally authorized public institutions and entities and based on the legal ground for fulfilling the legal obligations set forth in Article 5/2(ç) of the Law.

Within the scope of the legitimate interest of the data controller regulated in Article 5/2 (f) of the Law numbered 6698, your images are automatically processed with security cameras when you visit our administrative building and production areas physically.

Based on the legal ground of being expressly provided for by the laws stated under Article 5/2 (a) of the Law numbered 6698, your IP address, pages you visit on the internet when you access the Internet by using our Company's network are processed by automatic methods within the scope of the "Law on the Regulation of Broadcasts Made on the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed Through These Broadcasts" numbered 5651.

We may share the collected personal data of yours with the public institutions and entities that request it, in order for us to fulfil the requests that we receive from legally authorized public institutions and entities and based on the legal ground for fulfilling the legal obligations set forth in Article 5/2(ç) of the Law.

It may be shared with the persons specified as references for the purpose of confirming the information that you have declared.

It can be shared with the training companies/exam centers that will carry out the general aptitude test and personality inventory to evaluate your compatibility with the requested position.

PPDL APPLICATION AND REQUEST FORM

I. GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Under the Protection of Personal Data Law numbered 6698 (the "PPDL"), the personal data owners defined as the person concerned (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant".) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the PPDL.

In accordance with Article 13/I of the PPDL, the applications to be made to our Company, which is the data controller, regarding these rights, must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Protection of Personal Data Board (the "Board").

It is important that the personal data we hold about you are accurate and up to date. Therefore, please inform us when there is a change in your personal data. In accordance with the PPDL and related legislation, you can;

  1. learn as to whether your personal data is being processed or not,
  2. request details about the information that we collect,
  3. learn for what purpose this information is collected and how it is used, and the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad; or
  4. request them to be corrected, updated in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, or to be deleted if the reasons for their processing have ceased to exist, in a way that includes also the requesting notifications to be made to third parties to whom the transfer has been made.

In this context, the "written" applications to be made to our Company shall be made by printing out this form and stating "Protection on Personal Data Law Information Request" on the envelope or on the subject,;
